We had a water leak in the drywall ceiling in the garage. Over the years it had gotten worse and worse. It was unclear where the leak originated, as there are 2 more floors above the leak location.

The plumber (Chuck Mullins, himself) came in, and had to cut two access panels in the drywall on the top 2 floors in an attempt to find the leak. He ended up using a camera on a long cable and found the leak! It was from a nail that had been hammered into a piece of pvc drain pipe, probably during construction of the house 15 years ago The nail had finally rusted and allowed the water to leak through the nail hole! As it rusted more, it leaked more. Gravity took the water down to the garage.

All work was done with total respect for the aesthetics of the house and the actual repair was done quickly and with great skill. He closed the holes in the drywall with attractive access panels and cleaned up all the mess. I highly recommend this business. My total bill for all this work was under $200.00!
