Lost Blind Beagle "Ecko"- Chatham Court

Dear South Wales Neighbors,

Our male beagle "Ecko" is missing probably since Thursday afternoon. He is totally blind and very skittish. He is a stray that we found in SW 8 years ago and adopted. He is very sweet and probably about 12 years old now. We are very concerned since it is so cold out and he is an inside dog who normally lays by the fireplace.
