Nighthawk Security Systems, Inc.
14907 Ritchie Rd., Centreville, Va. 703 818-0595

by "Buddy" Williams Neighborhood Watch
(Welton Pond Ct., South Wales)

Nighthawk was recommended to us when we moved into our home on Welton Pond Ct. in June '08.

After upgrading system with newer/better motion detectors, Barry Hockett, Owner/Operator got our system working well and we chose the monitored system for $72/quarter. Nighthawk has numerous customers in South Wales. We are happy with the workmanship and reliability of the system (has battery backup during power outage).

Great Company
by: Ron C

I used Barry of Nighthawk during the construction of my new home in McLean in 1996/7, and later when I moved to an older home in Vienna in 2004. Barry is a professional and a craftsman, and I highly recommend his service. Many alarm companies will try to get a foot in the door with a low-ball installation that is really inadequate. If you are willing to spend a little time with this company discussing options, they will design a very complete system that gives great peace of mind. Remember, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away. An alarm system alerts you, lets the intruder know that help is on the way, and is a vital tool in protecting you and your family.

Security Systems
by: Chris Wallower

I had a friend who worked for ADT and he said that 90% of the effectiveness of the system has to do with the sign in the front yard. Most break-in criminals are looking for a quick and easy score, so the best thing to do is to make sure your house doesn't look quick and easy to a criminal. Motion lights, yappy dogs and security system signs will deter almost every criminal. That being said, if something ever does happen to your family or property (ie, being specifically targeted) then you will be glad you have a security system. A loud alarm, being tied into the local police department for automatic calls and having cameras recording to a hidden DVR are probably the most beneficial parts of a security system.
