We recently moved to South Wales, but had Amerigas service for several years at our previous residence. We were not happy with their customer service or reliability and switched to Quarles about 2 years ago.

We were very happy with the service we received from Quarles and were disappointed to hear Amerigas would be servicing our propane at our new residence in South Wales. I spoke with Quarles about it and they agreed to purchase our tank from Amerigas so they could service our account. (Amerigas had previously told me I would need to have the tank excavated and have it replaced with a tank owned by Quarles).

They (Quarles) made the process very easy and I'm glad we made the decision to switch.

I would highly recommend Quarles in Culpeper as a propane provider.

Quarles - you are fired

I am a single person and when I spoke with quarles last year, I thought they understood that I could not pay bills of $500+ and could they make a more frequent delivery. At that time they agreed. I previously had Holtzman who made an unschduled delivery which I covered as I no longer wanted to do business with them and informed Quarles of the extra delivery.

This winter I began asking Quarles why they had not made a delivery. When they finally came, my bill was $748. Maybe other folks can just pay this amount, I cannot.

I never want to se Quarles on my property again.
