South Wales Home Sales Update

The South Wales real estate market is looking up, if recent home sales are any indication.

In the third 3rd quarter of 2010, five South Wales neighborhood homes have sold for an average sales price of $385,500.

This is a $50,000 increase in the average sales price for the same period last year, when two South Wales homes sold in the third quarter of 2009 for an average sales price of just $335,000.

Two of the most recent sales in the neighborhood were over $400,000:

17209 Tattershall sold for $402,500
2093 Somerset sold for $412,000

Interest rates have been dropping and are currently at or below 4%! There has never been a better time to purchase a home.
