o Goes on right side of stairway, looking up.

o Swivel seat; seat and arm rests fold up for use of stairs

o Up/down control in arm rest plus two wireless call/send controls

o Complete, with electrical, hardware, remote controls, etc.

o Length of track is 158 inches: must start at one inch above lower floor and extend 13 inches above top floor (see photo)

o Installation guide included, but professional installation highly recommended

o Very good condition $450
