Teri and Alec Burnett

Hello new neighbors! Alec and I with our 3 children, Hope (8), Devon (4) and Max (2) just moved to the neighborhood on January 20th. We bought the Gumina's home at 3052 Southampton Dr. We feel very blessed and lucky to have found such a wonderful home with plenty of space for our growing kids.

Alec and I both grow up in Virginia however have been away for the past 6 almost 7 years. Alec's a Warrenton native and I grow up in Fairfax. We left Warrenton and moved to San Fransico when Alec took a job with Hilton Hotels. Nine months after moving to SF Alec was asked to take over the purchasing for the Hawaiian region, which he accepted. We then spent 4 wonderful years in Hawaii. We moved again with Hilton 2 years ago, to Southern California, in an attempt to get closer to home (VA). To our surprise and delight Hilton moved their corporate offices to McLean, VA this past summer. Alec took on a new position with Hilton, in order to get back east, and after many years of trying to get back here we are. Sometimes I have to pinch myself.

We look forward many wonderful years here in South Wales and to meeting our new neighbors.
