Tree Trimming - Solicitation Alert

We have had a young man in a red Dodge sedan come to our house on Berkshire Drive 4 times in the last 3 weeks asking if we needed any trees trimmed. One time he asked to use the phone, which my husband declined. My husband also told him that there was no soliciting allowed in South Wales. He said he was working in the neighborhood. Has he approached anyone else? We are curious about this situation.
